Heck, don't apologize, that made my weekend.

I have zero tolerance for signing services that screw us over like that, and even less for the ones that screw us and then try to blame it on us for their screwing us. They don't deserve any respect or professionalism. And any chance to expose them as liars or hypocrites is one that I'm gonna leap at like it were covered in chocolate and money!
