It's not who you know, but how well they know you. Why gamble throwing out a bunch of bird seed and getting lots of takers who don't know the first thing about what they are doing when you can get the best SAs out there.

The platforms are ridiculous. The cheapest and the closest no longer works.

I've got a HELOC today for XXX with a great client who always calls or texts. This one came in at 6am. I was up for it!
