Part of my accepting a singing is that I control the apointment. I never let it get scheduled for me. I don't call the BO until I have the docs in my possesion. ( I assume the reason that you keep getting re-scheduled is the docs aren't ready yet). I tell the ss, loan companies and tc's this up front. Therefore, I am never holding a time open for anyone. If I have mutiple signings in a day, then the first docs in get scheduled first and so on.
