I totally agree, but I would never see how or why a title co, a platform or a SS would go to those lengths to do look up our address, call the signers or send it to the signers in an email upon their request.
We get the confirmation and we call them and we confirm where to meet. Nowhere on there is our personal information or even suggested they meet at our homes.
It'll be interesting to see what happened and where they got that information from. I wouldn't be to quick to throw the hiring party under the bus, borrowers do crazy things, even try and look up our background checks and such, so who knows.
It's absolutely inappropriate on all levels whoever did it, and hopefully the truth comes out.
