Yes, I agree with Tina MA, I document everything, most of us have so many things going on in our daily lives and I have a terrible memory when things get hectic. I write in detail anything of importance, I keep a spiral notebook on me 24-7, but that's just me. I can't tell you the times I ahve needed this spiral notebook to research a situation.
Also if anything changes in signing I e-mail the changes, request a response and update from their end even if the ss has an excellent rep, as Tina said if it's not in writing it didn't happen.
