Buying was definitely the way to go (very glad I could do it a year ago). No crazy rent hikes. People laugh when they hear my house payment. There's really No Such thing in ANY rental market!*

Unfortunately just a .25-.50% rate hike will affect Many and prevent them from qualifying.
No way I could buy at today's rates. Yep, pretty soon 40 year mortgages will become the norm.


*And no noisy, smelly or intrusive neighbors!! Unless you count the "medical" pot user across the street who sometimes (and kindly) trims my bushes. Wink
