There is a trickle of business, mostly private money and HELOC loans. I see more marriage dissolution settlement agreements and trust work these days.

I think it will be a long time before our business recovers.

Meanwhile, where is all the money going to come from? Jobs that are open aren't paying enough to get an affordable monthly mortgage payment.
