It's an excellent crime fighting tool, and whether you want to believe it or not, it's already being used by law enforcement. LOTS of law enforcement.

Some San Francisco peeple just like to foam at the mouth about anything and everything that comes along. And they like to tax people for everything - like MORE gas tax. That's why I left California and the Bay Area Zoo Farm for a slower (albeit, possibly weirder) lifestyle in New Mexico. My son is leaving in a year, being the last to emigrate from Crazyland.

Tip #1 - Don't visit Washington, DC or NYC if you don't want to be "facially recognized", as well as airports, train stations and bus terminals.
