Agree with the others ... work is very slow at this time; has been for several months now. Interest rates have risen and inventory is low. At least that's what the pros tell us. One of those factors is slowly changing. Inventory may be on the rise as foreclosures rise.

I am curious, though, CMDH/AZ. You post you've responded to 32 requests for signings just this week. Considering how slow business is, that's quite a few requests - at least 10 per day. May I ask where and how those requests originated? Were they blast offers or were you contacted directly by hiring entities? Did you respond by readily accepting their original offer or did you counter-offer with your higher fee?
