Interesting... there is nothing much coming through the pipeline anywhere. SD had a few reverse Mtg applications...no thanks to that!
We all are registered like that, in the beginning, it's the luck of chance. I hope you are vetting those companies because they thrive on newbies taking their closings and failing to pay them. Granted all the horrible companies I have blocked so I don't see them anymore, but traditionally the texts and calls come in from everyone at the same time as your area starts picking up. I guess we all must be missing something, or your area is doing well in the real estate market.
