Grocery stores remain open — people won’t starve;
Pharmacies remain open so people can get medication;
Mail continues to run;
Gas stations remain open;
Garbage pickup continues;
Waste treatment plants continue to operate; there are additional your list doesn’t include, but I’m not going to indulge you!

Yes, these essential businesses will be staffed. The difference because nonessential outnumber essential so there will be no shoulder bumping, breathing on people. Grocery stores are putting plexiglass up to divide customer and cashier. Only 10 people will be allowed to be in a store at any one time.
