Maybe they hired a $65.00 notary that cut corners and did not read directions or follow state laws.
Personally, I think really unprofessional for this SS to put out what happened as they did. So they lost a client...we lost a bunch in this downturn, why shoot everyone for this? I think they need to look inward and see why the title didn't catch it, call the SS to put out an APB for the notary, and call the client directly when nobody showed up.
