Paula, up at the top of this forum is a link to Signing Central which has a list of thousands of signing services and title companies with ratings, based on experiences of other NSA's. We use that list to market our business, (look for 4 stars and above), to check out a new company to us for payment reputation, etc. You can also use the search feature of this forum to check on a company or find information about a particular subject.
No one knows how long this downturn in mortgage loans will be, or what the whole loan signing business will morph into, but in the meantime use this forum to study and learn about this work.
