Thank you, Doris in CO. I have been a notary signing agent, in NM, for one year. It took off, for me, in 2021 for that whole year; and now, in 2022 it is true, it has slacked a lot. I am lucky to get two signings, if that. I do apply myself when signings appear for bids, but, as you said, the experienced ones thrive over the novice agents. So, for you newbies, it is true; just keep stating that you are available. You will eventually be chosen. Keep your H-E-A-D U-P and never G-I-V-E- U-P, because you will prevail, eventually. This is a song by Jaheim. I live by this quote. You hang in there, because this is a roller coaster industry. {--:
