Just one of the many reasons Cheryl is a great loan signing agent and a successful business owner. I am proud to call her my mentor. Cheryl has always been a great role model to all . . . especially the new comers. She's out doing what it takes to make this business work instead of sitting here on the forum crying and complaining and criticizing the ones that are just out trying to make an honest living.
I don't have a second scanner but the majority of my closings are pretty close to home that it is no problem coming back and using my own scanner. The Fed Ex store here charges .49 cents per page while the UPS store charges $1.00 for the entire scanned package.
