There sure is a lot of fraud in today's internet marketing. Of course, buyer beware. A lot of new people in the biz will be caught in the fury to become a six-figure SA.

I had $85 and $65 offers last week and got them up to my fees. These companies have been the way with the "closest, cheapest" notaries and will call their tried and true professionals.
