I think it's possible that things might pick up some as interest rates dip slightly, but I don't expect to see a significant turnaround. I'm still seeing the random deal from the wealthy, people who are relocating, making major life changes, or dealing with settling estates after death of a parent, etc., but that's been going on all along to some extent, as you've probably also seen. I don't expect we'll ever see things go back to what they once were with interest rates in the 2-3% range. JMHO
