Absolutely yes, but there incredible differences between lenders and title companies. I have had some refinances with 200 pages, while other similar loans are 120 pages. After COVID hit the packages jumped 5 to 10 pages with various "I'm still employed" and "I don't have COVID" type forms. Also many duplicates, sometimes two complete loan applications that are 15 pages each.
