No. I got a call asking me to join a while back. I was quoted a rather high upfront payment to join rather than a monthly fee. I declined because even then I read in forums about people saying it was not worth the money. And the person who called me also asked me to provide my financial information in order to pay for membership. The caller asked me why I couldn't trust someone from the BBB. Who knows, it could have been a scammer impersonating a BBB employee.
