Always tell them this is their 'Mulligan," the one freebe. The next time they make the error, you will charge a full signing fee. I always correct my own mistakes, but when it is the signing Co, they have to pay for their mistakes. Also, I limit myself to 25 miles in each direction from my office. If they want me to go further than that, they have to pay a per mile fee not to mention the amount of time invilved in such a long drive.
