They called me when I was on my way home from a closing. I told them my fee ans they accepted. And it was not $60. I almost s**t when I downloaded the pkg...160 pages. It was a Lending tree loan. Are all of their loan pkgs that big? Yes there were 37 pages of fax backs.
The borrowers were very nice. even though it took almost 1 hr to sign. The Notary Direct staff that i delt with were very nice. |
