I then would have explained that all faxing would have to wait untill ALL signing appts were completed (the end of the day), and this would delay ONing docs until the next day. Really - for a lousy xxx, they think they can tie up your WHOLE D*MNED day! When they protest, I would say: "Now Stephanie, you wouldn't like YOUR borrowers to wait b/c I had to fax back someone ELSE"s pkg - now would you??????" Other than that, James: GRRRRRRR!!! |
