 How do I add a new company to SS?

I tried to add a new listing to SC, but the website would not allow it. The company's name sounds identical to another company- so the website interpreted it as "already registered." But, it is not already registered. This is a company that needs to be posted on SC- so that other notaries will be warned when/if the owner calls.
