QC deed??
Ready to fund, but wait, where is the interspousal deed from wife?
Dilemma is wife has NO ID. Does not speak English and both parties are at work, can we sign at 2pm?
The loan was supposed to close yesterday, and clearly title overlooked this important step. Had to be signed early, scanned and back to title to be able to fund today.
Not so easy when you're in these rural areas, where the only places to be able to scan and email are libraries, UPS, etc. and they have now all upped their fees for these services.
Thank God for Genius scan. It had to do in a pinch. Next challenge, where is the closest FEDEX box to be able to get to OC title office today.
Love the drama sometimes, but only if time permits. Crunch time isn't always that much fun. |
