 How long does it take NASCO to pay usually?

and does anyone know how they pay if the loan doesn't fund?

I did a closing in April at a broker's office. The borrower wanted to change some stuff that was being paid off and the broker told him that we would sign, then utilize the right to cancel and redo the loan.
