Hey, at least this vividly clarifies why so many signing services are offering such crap fees these days. They could care less about the quality of the work, they just want people who are so desperate to make a few bucks that they'll accept anything. Which of course gives them the bottom of the barrel notaries.

You just have to chuckle at that kind of logic. "Gee, what business model can I use to ensure the success of my business? I know, I will solicit the work of the worst and most inexperienced people in the industry and use them exclusively!"

People can be really stupid sometimes.
