If you've posted a comment about an experience with a hiring party that you want to warn others about, the best way to do it is to link that message to the comments found in SC, which Linda's post shows how to do in a few short steps. You should also rate them in SC. But if a post is linked, it makes it much easier to find for those searching for info about that company.
