of companies I will work for. I told them up front, and in writing that my fees are 100% if a closing cancels at the table, recinds, etc. I did a closing for them July 3, and they just sent me a check for $42.50, for a closing that cancelled at the table. It was a 1st and 2nd, and my fee encompassed that, and the fact that it was in a county that my price is a tier higher, and it was a last minute rush. I've contacted them regarding the fee, and we'll go from there. I've done 2 closings for them, and when they asked me to work with them, they said payments were 30 days out, both have been 60 days. I get the impression they are having financial difficulties. |
