I've openly complained about the same things and I've heard "Ya better get a thicker skin", "if you can't handle this you're in the wrong business" etc. Well I'm still considered a newbie even though I have nearly 100 signings under my belt and I must say that I have never been treated rudely by the borrowers and have found the actual job exciting and challenging. I believe for the most part that people treat you the way you treat them and having respect is easy although it apparently cannot be taught. My personal opinion is study, study STUDY. Do your homework and find yourself an experienced SA that isn't afraid to guide you in areas where you're shakey. There are many on here that openly help without taking shots at your personal integrity or try to belittle you. Those that do are more concerned with competition than they are with actually helping. I guess they figure you'll get disheartened and quit, dunno, but it's getting comical now. This isn't brain surgery and in the end common sense will win out. Take your time, review your docs, and if you're in a position to do so purchase the training manual that the Signing Registry has, it's excellent and will help you more than you can imagine. Have a glorious weekend and try not to let some of these posters make you feel less than you are. You'll be fine!
