Thanks Tennessee. Believe me, I don't let them get me down. I worked in a residential treatment facility with at risk youth (teenage boys) for three years and was called every name under the sun. This is a cake walk.

And I do have a wonderful mentor who has helped me so much but, like most successful SAs, she has a life and is not available to me 24/7 which is what I thought this board was for.

Personally, I think the ones who do the most complaining (we know who they are) should get each others personal email and just talk to one another so that don't have to bother with us dumb, ignrent (yes spelled wrong on purpose) folk. Then again, they wouldn't have an audience to preach to.
