I've had a few lately. If there's required documentation, I mention that during my confirmation call, and ask that they have everything ready. If they don't, I tell them that they will need to get it to the LO in order for them to process the loan. It's not my job to do the LO's job, and I won't sit around while they look for their paperwork.
