she owned her own escrow company (4 offices) in San Diego county for 30 years. At the time, I tagged along on her signings and got to shadow her. Now, you can no longer do that. People's personal private information and all that. It didn't hurt that I had 15 years in mortgage banking/title.

What I wish I knew then that I know now.....watch out for the ones that offer you nice money and then never pay you. Keep on your receivables.

Agree with Cheryl....no one wants to train their competition.

Market, market, market.....get out and sell yourself.
