My response to this is why roll it out? When I worked for the bank, we went through numerous test before rolling out the software to our branch people. It had to be TWEAKED before presenting it to them and before training was done. This was done by having a mirror image of our live information and test were ran on it.

As we know things are tight now. My feeling is that I am a paid member of this site and and I should have an edge over a non-paid member. When I look at my competitors and see that they have a higher rating than me because I haven't used the right key word or I have posted several times a month and they haven't posted anything. Not good. This is not the place to TWEAK. I feel this is a poor rollout. If it is going to be tweaked, it shouldn't be done on a live system where it could account for a financial loss to some.
