I received the same call from AMROCK about IPEN.

They told me that AMROCK would be rolling out IPRN in my state starting July 1sr.

Why IPEN? I am not sure. The RON process is very impersonal and takes about 15 minutes. The signers have absolutely no idea what they are signing. I am guessing that some consumers like the electronic aspect of the signing but would prefer a notary to come to their house to do the signing. It is just a guess.

AMROCK has been determined to eliminate the role of the notary. So this is an interesting change.
With refi rates soaring and redo’s plummeting, it really does not mean much for the foreseeable future.
