It actually got rescheduled for next week. Would have taken me at least 1.5 hrs of driving each way. It was just a refinace. I asked for $$$.$$ but they offered me $$$.$$
I thought about it and decided to turn it down. Plus they want me to send in their contract all signed before they will send me a confirmation. Chose to let it go. I have one more closing scheduled for this Sunday and that is paying really well. Escrow Co. Met my fees w/o any haggleing.
I hope that I won't get black listed but I have not yet signed any contracts with any of the companies even though I've listed myself on their data bases and I've not done anywork, where I don't think the pay is reasonable. I'm a very newbie and have only done a handful of signings, but I've made more money doing higher paying signings than I would have if I had done 10 signings at lowball prices.
I hope that I didn't shoot myself... It was transunion BTW. They are the ones that are asking ppl to take pictures of the homes as well right..?
