I understand that smaller packages can be signed in less time, but I have always been of the opinion that if I am going to block off time to do a signing I should get my standard fee. Even though there are less pages to sign in a smaller package everything else involved with the signing is basically the same. Just as when the package is larger than normal I don't call and request more money, when the the package is smaller I don't accept less. I figure it all will even out. JMO
