I do ipens all the time for a builder. They pick up the expense so I don't know the investment for this. They are ok, we run into problems with the site sometimes, but when it works it works great. We close purchases in 15 minutes. The buyer signs some of the docs at home and the signed notarized package is automatically emailed to the buyer.
