Not for several months, Yoli, unfortunately.

It's not stopping a lot of people, however, seeing a lot of ADU construction, remodeling, tear downs and new construction in my area.

I had a client who took a HELOC for $110K yesterday at 10.75%, due in years once they get their ADU built. They will sell and leave CA for Idaho.
