I've been tempted to just fax back the entire package on many occasions! Especially when there are 200 pages and 20 notarizations (yes, 20!) in the single re-fi package and they want the list Betsy named, plus "all notarized pages".

Nowadays, I just quote my fax-back fee. Either they agree to it, or I don't do a fax back. It seems to work well for us.
