 Is FASS (1st American Signature Services) still in business?

First Am TC just confuses me no end. Get orders from various offices/states every which way...direct from some small out-of-area local TC, thru the 2 big platforms--but haven't had 1 thru FASS in over a year. Is JOT their 'go-to' now? Am in JOT dbase, but have never even received an offer. If JOT is 'it', how are fees? Decent or not?
