Yes with the construction business I had turned this over to my assistant to type. There were certain aspects that I still had to go pull manually. When we stopped getting some of it by fax and chose to pull it off the internet, my assistant couldn't seem to toggle and type in an efficient enough manner and I wasn't going back to paying for copies of mortgages, satisfactions etc when it was there for free. Funny how many companies either don't want to take the time to browse it online and would prefer me to give it to them on a silver platter. I finally had to let something go and it was not that profitable for the headache. Being in a smaller city, I did enjoy reading about everyone. Smile
