. . . signing companies everywhere are scrambling to get yet another thing added to their already long lists of instructions to the notaries.

In addition to the already massive laundry list of do's and don'ts these will be the newest ones.

DO NOT BRING YOUR UBER PASSENGER TO A CLOSING.

DO NOT TELL THE BORROWERS THAT YOU WILL BE LATE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO DROP OFF YOUR UBER PASSENGER.

DO NOT TRY TO SOLICIT YOUR UBER BUSINESS TO YOUR BORROWERS.

TRIP FEES WILL NO LONGER BE PAID OUT FOR A NO SIGN, AS YOU WERE ALREADY OUT ON THE ROAD DRIVING YOUR UBER ANYWAY.
