. . . which are totally against the law because they are telling their borrowers that the notary will leave the docs at the front door for them to go inside and sign and then the notary will pick them up later. And I am now finding out that the reason this LO set it up like this is because the borrower's son (who lives with her) is having COVID symptoms and is waiting on his test results, which means that the borrower will more than likely test positive soon enough if they are living under the same roof.
