Hey Andy. I hope that I returned your call in a timely manner last week when the title company wouldn't accept the POA acknowledgement that I used and had to re-do one of theirs. Not sure if you were directing this statement at me. I have 4 children to feed and took this job at my sister-in-laws salon to keep food on the table and also because it was going to be the only job that would allow the flexibility to me to keep my signing business my #1 priority - which it is. I can leave to go do a signing, if needed....I can constantly check my phone for messages and answer when it rings.....check my email periodically throughout the day......take any day or part of a day off, if needed, to do a morning or afternoon signing.....no other job would make this possible. So, please don't worry that I'm not going to be reliable enough to do a signing or follow through afterward, because I have a part-time day job. When business picks up again, I will no longer keep my part-time job. :-) Rhonda |
