I am not planning to work and I am not promoting that anyone else do so, However, it seems apparent that we could certainly be included in essential financial and lending services. Rather than continue to fight with those that are wanting to provide services, maybe we brainstorm on ways to make it safe. this is from state of Oregon SOS: Notary Tips
"Following are best practices to employ when you are performing a notarization. We are working to develop additional options and will issue guidance when possible.
Have hand sanitizer with you at all times. Wash your hands after notarizing. Don’t reuse pens that are being used for signing. Laminate two pieces of paper to use in your journal so that the only exposed are is the section that needs to be signed. Clean the laminated paper after each use. Notarize with a plastic or glass shield between you and the customer. Always keep safety first." |
