David, I haven't done one. This is the time of year when you'll receive more requests. People are preparing for the new year and are working on clearing up old debt. I believe some credit repair courses encourage this process to help with that process.

I did my research and it is one of the notarial acts I can perform in Alabama but do to all the work the notary is expected to do, I decline.
