Interesting transactions. A private $$ lender HELOC, 19% for home remodeling. Folks want to sell and downsize their 5000 sf home. A new loan on clear $3 million beach investment property, 7.5% on $940K. Totally gutted 50s home all glass and stucco, total solar, high tech everything, a Smart home. Homes along our coast take such a beating from salt air, wind and brutal sun. I had a couple more HELOCs to pay off high credit card debts. Another for an ADU for kids and grandkids to move in. Cheaper than rent. I am doing a family trust today.
I'm not used to working this hard! Worn out! I could use a few rainy days and some chicken soup. |
