Thanks for posting that link, Yoli. I'd forgotten all about that thread. If it wasn't for the OP in this thread, we might be left wondering whether or not anything had changed in Sacramento county, but apparently it has not. I guess the bottom line is what Gerard said in that other thread. Once a law is passed, the authors of a bill no longer have any influence on how it's interpreted. So I will continue to make sure any recordable documents to be filed there have all the pronouns included in the Acknowledgments I complete.
I'm still curious about one thing, though. Does anyone remember what it was that XYZ recommended in their article that was apparently found to be incorrect? |
