I want to do has totally changed. The old ways don't work any more. I had two assignments today that more than paid off my nut for today. Monday I have an attorney arranged signing with clients an hour from me, then to the courthouse to record the Quit Claim deed in the recorders office. Then, on Wednesday I have two commercial investment refinances with the same borrowers I have worked for for years at their home.
I like it so much better. I'm no one's B@#$!. Printing volumes of paperwork, scan backs, etc. More sophisticated borrowers are investors, not just homeowners trying to pay off high interest credit cards.
Recently the only platform refis I've seen are for Cloud Signings and a couple of others who don't pay their notaries even at ridiculously low fees. No thx. |
