Also, the NNA provides consistant and updated info re: notary laws by state and nationally. While their programs and materials tend to be costly, they are usually on the cutting edge of what is going on with technology and within the notary field. The Best Practices for notaries and for businesses that hire and supervise notaries is excellent I think. I would urge members to at least take a look to see if NNA offers and info is relevant to your own needs and work. jer/Ohio
